How It Started
My name is Abbi Taylor, Founder of The Taylor Way, and a trilingual Bristolian who's called Barcelona home for the last 26 years.
My family moved to Catalunya's Costa Brava region in August 2000, and adapting to a new country, language and culture early on taught me exactly the skills a fast-moving commercial world demands: how to problem-solve on the fly, communicate across cultures, and make things happen — plain and simple.
That instinct built a 20+ year career supporting founders and executives, including seven years as PA to the CEO at Softonic, and I now also serve as General Manager of The EA Campus, a global training and community platform for executive assistants.
How We Work Today
Today, The Taylor Way isn't just me. It's grown into a small, vetted team of assistants I've personally trained to the same standard. So whether you need ten hours a month or forty, you get consistent, senior-level support without being tied to any one person's availability.
